A research team from St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications is developing a platform called "Digital Nutritionist." The neural network will help people with lactose or gluten intolerance build their menus more safely: the system can rewrite recipes by suggesting substitutes for prohibited ingredients, for example replacing cow's milk with oat milk.

The project combines several functions at once. Users will be able to upload recipes, record health complaints by voice or text, and the AI will match symptoms with what the person has eaten. The data will then be passed on to a doctor so that the specialist can adjust the treatment if necessary.

The project has already made it to the finals of the International University Award "Gravity."
